Merry Christmas Everyone!!

I am sorry for posting this so late, but I got my cards out late and you can see why. I went a little crazy this year and I apologize for not being able to send a card to everyone but they were slightly labor intensive. Next year, don't expect something this extravagant, due to the fact that I am quite certain my hubby would demand a divorce :) So here you go do the best you can and imagine getting this in the mail.
The pictures don't show the detail very well, but it is a 3d pop-up card. We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and I will get around to posting some more pics soon. Love you all.

Special Delivery.....

Yesterday while we were out shopping, the kids and I stopped by one of the Salvation Army donation buckets to drop off the money we raised with the Christmas Graham fundraiser. Putting money in the buckets is always the boys favorite things to do while we are out shopping so I had some willing volunteers to help drop it off. I am still amazed at the support that I received in this endeavor and I feel like we made a difference. We donated 300.00! It just makes me so excited that we were able to pull it off. Thank you again for everyone who participated and help get word out of this fundraiser.
Have a Merry Christmas!

I can't wait to write a check out to the Salvation Army. Thank you all so much for your support and donations, it feels great to make such a large donation.

$201.50!!!!!! Holy cow

Only 100.00 to go you guys! I can't even thank you all enough for donating. This has been so great to get people involved but I REALLY REALLY want to reach my 300.00 goal and that means that I need to sell about 30 more grahams before Dec 20. That is only 9 days away. PLEASE forward this on, post about it, or donate so that we can reach that goal. I know you are tired of hearing it, but every graham counts and I need your help. I will still give the next person to donate a gift certificate for something in my Etsy shop. Granted it is kind of empty right now, but that is only because these grahams have taken a lot of my time. It will be full again soon. SO please help! Thanks

I KNOW that you want your name up here on my blog....We are only 100.00 away from our goal! Donate today and make someones day by sending them a Christmas Graham!

Taking a break from begging today....Christmas lights in SLC

Friday night we went down to temple square to see the lights. As tradition, we had to ride tracks in because the kids LOVE it! Well almost all the kids. Mojo was a little tuckered out and fell asleep on the trainShhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........
We tried to wake her up for the lights.....this is what we got.......
Boys had a blast
Brian is always so serious! Momo woke up for the last 15 minutes we were there. She did a lot of oh......ooooohhhh
As tradition, of course Katie & Jer & crew made the trip

AND Grandma & Papa too......
We originally had planned to eat at in & out burger (seeming as after I moved they opened within a mile of our old place! RUDE!) until we found out it was the day of the grand opening and the line was wrapped around the parking lot. Luckily when we were heading to Logan from South Jordan, we decided to swing by @11:00 and the line was a little shorter so we waited and it was well worth it. YUMMY!

I still have plenty of people who I could send one too, so put me to work! no orders over the weekend, but today I had 2 so don't wait any longer for someone else to donate, I need you to do it today and don't forget to spread the word! Our goal is still $300.00 to donate, but we will need to send a lot more Grahams! So get to it, Send me an e-mail bntfulks@gmail.com, or leave me a comment and so we can reach that goal. Including the 7 Grahams that I started with, our donation total is $146.25!

"What's a Christmas Graham, I want one....."

The first person to leave a comment correctly identify the quote from my title will receive a FREE Christmas Graham!

I NEED YOUR HELP!

I have been debating whether or not to do this, but I decided I needed to give it a try. As many of you know, economic times are tough and as I was watching the news last night, I realized that I should do something. I had this idea of a "Christmas Graham" last year and thought how fun it would be to send them to people. A "Christmas Graham" is a Hershey chocolate, or cookies and cream bar, wrapped in a beautiful Christmas wrapper with a personal message to someone you LOVE. Nothing can replace the feeling that you get when you get something unexpected in the mail and even better, they get chocolate and even better yet, what if the money from that "Christmas Graham" went to The Salvation Army?? So this is where you come in. I know that ALL of you out there know of at least one person that deserves a Christmas graham, maybe even 2 people :) You can customize what you would like your Christmas Graham to say. There is a place on the front and back for text. Better yet, I do all the work. I am selling them for $5.00 Each. It costs me approx 1.75 to make and ship your graham and that means that $3.25 will go to the salvation army for each Graham that you send. They are really hurting in donations this year and I figured that would be a great place to give the money. So PLEASE, PLEASE help me out. You can brighten someones day and make a needed donation. I really want this to work, but I can't do it alone. Today I am sending 7 Grahams myself and for every 5 Grahams, I will donate and send another one. SO the more we do this, the more money we can raise for the salvation army. I will post a running total everyday on my blog.
And if you are still not convinced, what if I put a picture of a cute little boy holding a Christmas Graham would that inspire you? Look at those eyes, I know you cannot resist :) Okay! You ready to help? First, you can put a post about this on your blog, or e-mail to friends and family to help spread the word. It is shocking how many people that I don't know :)
Please send me an e-mail (bntfulks@gmail.com)of how many Christmas Grahams you would like, what bar style, and I need the names, text you want on the bar, and addresses. I will send you a paypal invoice where you can pay with Credit card or paypal (I am covering the paypal transaction fee) Once the payment is received I will get your grahams in the mail.
Here are the four design options. Thank you all and if you can, please help. I will also accept additional donations and will add it to the total. I am going to do this until the 23rd, but don't wait too long, I need to get these mailed.

She has got the moves!

If any of you had the pleasure of witnessing Fat Williams dance moves, then you are sure to appreciate Morgans moves. I can definitely see where she gets them from. I will try to get better video than this, but in the meantime, this is pretty good.

Big Springs.........

William was sick and Brian had 3 days off, so we decided that what Will needed was some Cabin TLC to get over his cough. It was brisk and sunny, I was so glad that we did. We went up to big Springs Monday night and the kids had a blast feeding the fish. We got up to 4 muskrats, who knows how many ducks and of course tons of fish. It doesn't matter how many times we do this, it is still my favorite. Especially when the fish are hungry and fight the muskrats for the food. Great free entertainment. We snapped a few pics of the kids while we were down there. William took this task very seriously and it only took a few shots to get this handsome shot.
I am in LOVE with this shot of Grey. It is so the bear.

Mo did not take it so seriously :)

Any guesses as to what Morgan is making this face for? It could be anything really, she truly loves to be genuinely shocked at most anything that she sees these days. As Elf would say "That's Shocking!"

Fun Enrichment Projects

Last night we had our fantastic Friday, and I signed up for waaaaay to many things. It was a blast though, My new ward is so great!
This was my favorite project and super easy
This ridiculous start took a million years to cut out all the right pieces and then I did my modge podge wrong and the papers bubbled. Grrrrrr. Still cute though. Don't worry Katie, I won't give you the bubbly one :)
My kids are not close to reading, but I had to do these mini Books of Mormon for them to carry to church. Super easy and adorable (aside from the fact they didn't have that great of fabric choices. The flap adheres with velcro and there is supposed to be a little plaque but they only had scouting ones so I will add that later.

Halloween Bash

Halloween was crazy but fun. We started with breakfast @ 11:00, then carved pumpkins. It was an amazingly gorgeous day so we did them outside.
Mo is not quite sure what the point of the gook is.
William and Dad were carving partners. Will has perfected that smile.
Grey bear kept a close eye on every cut that Grama made
The result. I totally stole the polka dot idea from my friend Laura's blog. You use a drill and it takes about 2 minutes and you are done.
Spooky family. We went trick or treating all dressed up. The boys hit 20 houses and they were done. Then it was on to the party. There was plenty of homemade root beer and sloppy joes with pickles, bingo and the annual haunted train ride.
Brian was tired of the stilts and mask so he decided to do something different this year. He looked cool, but it was very impractical. He couldn't eat or drink because of his beard (and if you can't do that, then what is the point?)
Under arrest. Teenie looked so dang cute in her K-9 unit uniform. She pretty much hates us every Halloween. I bought my costume after we found hers. We were a hit trick or treating.
Kavic and Stacy- Barack and jail bird
Stacy is expecting in May--HOORAY!!!
Ryan (my bro) and Jer (my bro in law) are old school bball players/

B.............

I know that it is about time to take it away. In fact I already did once quite painlessly, but I know this time, it is gonna be rough. Maybe in a couple months. I love how this girl loves her binky. She will willingly go to bed, even if not tired, just to get to suck on her Binky. In the morning, she doesn't cry, or scream for me to get her out of her crib, she relishes every last moment in her crib with the bink. When it is time to get her up, she reluctantly tosses it into her crib. This is how I found her the other day.

Oh, Canada............

Here are the pics from our trip. It was fun to see Seattle again. I really don't miss that place, but it is fun to visit. After Brian's big board certification test, we decided to go up to Victoria, BC. Victoria was even MORE beautiful than Seattle. However, no offense to my Canadian friends, but it seemed like a more expensive version of the US. That may have been because we were on an island though. I was shocked that the styles were so different. They were definitely into the black stretchy pants and basically a lot of things that looked like they were from the 80's. I didn't have much luck shopping, but it was fun. I think my favorite part was the grocery store. I love seeing all the different items you can get. They have a ton of "ketchup" flavored things. Weird. For being done with his test, doesn't Bri still looks a little distracted? But handsome nonetheless.
Brian was sweet and let me wear my Christmas present (jacket) on our trip. Good thing too cuz it was chilly! I will just need to get it cleaned before he wraps it.
This was at Butchart gardens. Seriously one of the most amazing places I have ever been. Pictures don't even come close to justifying the beauty of that place. If you are ever there, it is a must see.
We still like each other :)
We saw this piece of wood floating in Canadian waters and Brian's curiosity got the best of him. It had a bunch of rubbish written all over it. We should have added a message and then sent it back to sea, but we were fresh out of ink.
The Capitol was Gorgeous. I obviously am not a history buff, because I didn't realize that there was still such an influcence from the Queen. This is their parliament room. Pretty cool.
